Choice Boards

Red or Green Choices

Classroom Management 

In our classroom we use choice boards and they work great! We introduce each red/green choice over a period of time. We discuss the desired behavior and how we can work together as a family to keep everyone safe. The students love the visual idea of seeing the "Choices" not rules. 

Letting the students make their own choices makes the feel apart of the classroom.

Here is an example of the choice board we use. 

Green Choices are the desired behaviors. 

Here are the Red Choices that make the classroom unsafe.
